LA JOLLA, CA - December 04, 2009 - Caucho Technology, a leading open source Java EE application server vendor, announced today that Caucho engineer and globally recognized Java EE and EJB expert Reza Rahman will present two sessions at TheServerSide Java Symposium, set to take place in March at Caesars Palace, Las Vega, NV.
Rahman will present the following important conference sessions:
- Java EE 6 Overview
- A Quick Tour of Contexts and Dependency Injections for Java EE
Rahman’s Java EE 6 overview is one of the major conference topics. This session is an overview of the changes in Java EE 6 including pruning, profiles and generic dependency injection. Rahman will explore the new APIs in Java EE 6 through code examples including managed beans, Dependency Injection for Java (JSR-330), Contexts and Dependency Injection for Java EE (JSR-299), EJB 3.1, JSF 2.0, JPA 2.0, JAX-RS, Servlet 3.0 and the Bean Validation API (JSR-303).
Rahman next session will present Contexts and Dependency Injection for Java EE (JSR-299). This session offers a hands-on tour of the JSR-299 specification and highlights the major features of using CanDI, Caucho’s independent implementation of JSR-299. Rahman will discuss the relationship between critical Java EE 6 API’s covering generic dependency injection services and the rest of the platform. This includes Dependency Injection for Java (JSR-330), managed beans, EJB, 3.1, JSF 2.0 and JPA 2.0.
