OPEN-LINE is a powerful, closed-loop customer experience improvement web and email tool that promotes increased customer satisfaction with minimal resources. Resin, a Java EE application server with a fast and fully capable HTTP server, allows IBRC to consolidate and simplify tools within OPEN-LINE that was previously sourced through multiple ISVs.
