LA JOLLA, CA — June 19, 2009 — Caucho Technology today announced that Caucho Engineer and Chief Evangelist, Emil Ong, will be giving a presentation on Cloud Computing at the Jazoon Conference. The conference is set to take place next week in Zurich, Switzerland.
The 50 minute technical long talk will discuss:
- The role of the application server in Cloud Computing
- Essential application server functionality for effective Cloud Computing
- Significant benefits resulting from the implementation of Resin 4.0 in Cloud Computing
Ong’s presentation at Jazoon will focus on the benefits and issues of Cloud Computing that many developers and administrators are experiencing. Based on the development journey made by Caucho engineers in determining which architectural design is best suited to maximize the potential of this new environment, Ong will detail the conclusions and best practices that went into creating a new architecture in Resin 4.0 specifically for Cloud Computing. The technical talk is suited for working developers and administrators who are either already using Cloud Computing or evaluating it for their organization.
