I see the license is MIT X11, that allows you do pretty much whatever you want
with it. I've used Cook's XML-RPC implementation in the past, but with
IIS/ASP.NET. Had no idea it had a HTTP web server.

Can you use that for hessianc# ?

Yes, it does make sense to be able to embed one for a small, stand-alone
