Missing dependencies in 3.0.12 release

The 3.0.12 hessian release has a dependency to the CharBuffer class from
the
com/caucho/util/ package.
Unfortunatly that package is not included in the jar.

(I'm trying to use hessian in conjunction with Tomcat.)
