Just a quick update: I managed to work around the issue by including the
CharBuffer$CBInputStream from the Resin jar. Seems to fix the issue.
:)

Subject: hessian-3.0.12 jar
I remember seeing a thread earlier about a missing class in the first
release of Hessian-3.0.12 jar. I can't reach the archives to get the
exact name, but I ran into that problem and the new jar fixed it.
However, I'm now seeing a new exception regarding a missing inner class:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/caucho/util/CharBuffer$CBInputStream
Any ideas on what might be happening? Is there a newer build available?
Also, what's the procedure for retrieving the source code for building
the jar?
Thanks in advance,
