Q: how to turn off the automatic reload of the configuration

hi all,

is there a way to turn of the automatic reload of
resin.conf? i'd like to do some config changes and
restart the server afterwards manually.
i experienced quite often that resin and other
servlet engines did not recover from a config change
and i had to restart the server anyway.
