Re: Resin referencing JBoss ejbs under the java:comp/env/ejb context:

My environment:
Apache -- > Resin 2.0.2--> JBoss 2.2.2
Appropriate resin.conf entries have been made for the jndi-link into
JBoss (1099) and all is working well...I'm just seeking clarification.

Is anyone familiar with why JBoss ejbs are located under the
java:comp/env/ejb/BeanName context from JBoss clients (in this case,
Resin) and not exposed in that same context within JBoss itself? In
order to reference ejbs in JBoss itself, I'm forced to look them up
under the java: context (java:BeanName) which is a bit confusing to me.
Does anyone happen have experience with this?

Any and all input is welcome!
Thanks,
Cory Wilkerson
